Independently design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes. Define, design, and implement, multi-tier object-oriented distributed software applications. Analyze and suggest improvements in the overall development process. Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance and code reuse. Contribute to the design and implementation of databases.
